The world of managed services and recurring revenue is rapidly evolving. So how do you know where to start when building your own managed services business? In this session, panelists will walk attendees through a roadmap of transition from a traditional integration business model to a managed services program offering. In this session, the panel will discuss the different offerings, financial models, marketing & sales, product selection, and operations of transitioning to a recurring revenue model.
