Access control systems are used to protect everything from residential communities to commercial offices. People depend on them to work properly, but what if an unauthorized person had complete control over your access control solution just by using their phone? You may not be as secure as you think. The world relies on access control systems to ensure that secured areas are only accessible to authorized users. Usually, a keypad is the only thing stopping an unauthorized person from accessing the private space behind it. Hear how and where access control systems are used, walk through demonstrations and learn tips used in bypassing common access control systems. A review of attack methods of all nature including physical attacks, RFID, wireless, telephony, network will also be discussed.

1. Identify potential security issues with electronic access control systems.
2. Demonstrate security vulnerabilities against electronic access control systems.
3. Remediate and/or fix security issues with electronic access control systems.
