Industries across the nation are continuing to implement drone programs in their organizations. However, getting started can be a daunting task. There are a number of variables to consider before implementation that can hinder performance. During this session, the session leader will speak on the beginning steps to identify existing and future UAS equipment, gaining support and creating a budget for proper resources and processes.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Outline the different internal and external variables that can affect your drone program.
2. Provide managers and executive’s insight into existing and future UAS equipment, resources, processes, and crew.
3. Provide recommendations for training and Part 107 vs COA.
