Convenient, Safe and Fast Verification for Entry Into ISC West

  • ISC West has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass, to provide easy proof of COVID-related health insights for faster entry. To get started, download the CLEAR app and enroll for free here: https://clear.app.link/ISCW2022
  • For the most efficient entry possible, all attendees should create a free CLEAR account and follow the steps below.
  • Trust and transparency are CLEAR’s top priority, and with Health Pass, users are always in control of their health information. Personal information is only used to deliver a frictionless and secure experience with CLEAR and ISC West. You can read more details about this in CLEAR’s Privacy Policy here.

  • Please follow the instructions below to complete your Health Pass:
  1. Download the CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile
  2. Tap ‘Events’ and select the ‘ISC West’ tile under ‘Conferences’
  3. Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie
  4. Follow the prompts to provide your proof of vaccination or negative lab results 

VACCINATION – You may use one of the following options

A. When prompted to add your vaccination, select ‘add your vaccination card’
B. Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information

  • SMART QR Code
    A. Tap ‘SMART QR Code’ to scan your QR code issued by your vaccination site
    B. Once confirmed, proceed to complete your Health Pass

Digitally link a vaccine

  • Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. 
  • If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time. Please go back and upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card!
  1. Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly.
  • If found, your results will link automatically and it may take up to 1 hour to verify your results within Health Pass  - do not try to resync your results 

TEST RESULTS

  • Digitally link a COVID-19 test result 
  • Select your testing provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. 
  • The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider or unable to link a test, please be prepared to bring a physical copy of your test results and your ID to the entrance.

5. Before you arrive, reopen the Health Pass tile and produce your pass. Green is good to go! For faster entry, be ready to show this at the ISC West Verification Center, located in the main Registration Area, downstairs on Level 1 in Hall G. There will be an express lane for all those who have chosen to use the CLEAR Health Pass and they will not need to supply an additional government-ID.

Once you show your CLEAR green Health Pass and upon verification of your status, you will receive an ISC West verified wristband which must be worn for the duration of the event. You should be prepared to show your ISC West verified wristband at Registration for badge pick-up and when attending for the duration of ISC West. If you lose or need to replace your verified wristband, you will need to proceed back to the ISC West Verification Center to re-verify your status.
