What is happening with ISC West?

ISC West 2020 scheduled for October 5-8 in Las Vegas, Nevada - has been canceled due to industry and market circumstances. While we cannot convene in person in 2020, Reed Exhibitions, along with Premier Sponsor SIA (Security Industry Association), will transform ISC West 2020 into an all-virtual event occurring on October 5-7, 2020 to serve the security and public safety community.

Our team is excited to announce that registration is officially open for the ISC West 2020 Virtual Event. This 3-day event offers you a full agenda of educational programming, featuring the best of our SIA Education@ISC Program, high-profile Keynote speakers, Virtual Vendor Solution Training Sessions, Exhibitor Tech Center offerings and more. The submission period to speak in the 2021 SIA Education@ISC West program is closed. How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

ISC does not handle changes or cancellations regarding airfare. Please contact your airline directly to make any changes to your flight(s).

Cancellation Policy

ISC West 2020 Attendee Policy:
All amounts paid to attend the Expo or conference/education to date for the March 2020 ISC West edition will be refunded in the next 45 days. If you do not receive a refund, please contact customer service at inquiry@isc.reedexpo.com or 800-840-5602. Please note: If you registered prior to January 10, 2020, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team to refund your registration fees manually.

ISC West 2020 Exhibitor Policy:
All amounts paid for exhibit space or media to date for the March 2020 ISC West edition will be or can be credited and used as follows in any combination:

  • Towards participation in the March 24-26, 2021 edition of ISC West 
  • Towards participation in ISC West 2020 Virtual Event (Oct 5-7)
  • Participation in ISC News Digital Sponsorships, ISC West Virtual Vendor Solution Sessions or Partner Bulletins (pending availability), must be fulfilled by West ‘21 live event.
  • Towards participation in ISC East 2020 (November 18-19, 2020)

The credit can be applied to your outstanding balances for any event for which you are already contracted to participate or to new contract(s) listed above. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your options further, please contact your ISC Sales Representative.

Refunds can be requested upon approval. A 20% retention fee will be collected on the contracted obligation, due to sunken costs incurred by Reed Exhibitions for the 2020 event and contractors/suppliers.
