Consumers attitudes have changed with the advent of name brands like SkyBell, Ring, NestCam, Canary and others. This change in attitude has skyrocketed acceptance of video for residential use. In this session, panelists will explore what security companies are doing to stay relevant by adding products and services that consumers want - specifically a cloud based-residential video offering. Explore bundling and how companies are using this to their advantage to increase sales, consumer satisfaction and reducing attrition.

1. Bundle residential intrusion and video systems to drive more RMR, reduce attrition and create satisfied customers.
2.  Transform operational and sales personnel to work together for best camera placement considering consumer wishes.
