All organizations encounter elements of conflict; but perceptive leaders will use conflict to propel an organization forward rather than disrupt it. The leader’s role in handling conflict is knowing why people disagree, having a process to resolve the conflicts and knowing when to intervene. This panel discussion will provide attendees with strategies to utilize conflict to engage new thinking and strategic outcomes. These new paradigm strategies will help create high-performing, successful teams and develop leaders throughout the organization.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Differentiate between healthy and unhealthy conflict.
2. Examine conflict resolution and create meaningful strategies for effectively resolving conflict.
