Pre-Registered Media List

Reed Exhibitions will create and distribute a list of media that have attended ISC West 2010 or who have pre-registered to attend ISC West 2011 with their name, title, media outlet and contact information. This list should be used to reach out to reporters with information on the unique product(s) or solutions you are launching and inviting them to see it at the show. You should only contact a reporter if you think it is something they'd be interested in covering.

Here are options for contacting reporters:

• Send a friendly e-mail introducing yourself. Provide a brief description on why you product is so revolutionary and what solution it provides. Offer to send high-resolution photos and samples.
• Set up a scheduled time for them to stop by your booth during the show.
• List any press events you are participating in at the show where they can see you

We are here to help you build on the momentum of the event and shine the spotlight on your company and products, but being respectful of their time and attention should be paramount in your planning.

• Including attachments, such as documents or photos in an e-mail, unless requested
• Providing dishonest information
• Not showing up for interviews or arriving late
