When Will I Receive My Attendee Badge?
Attendee badges for ISC West will not be mailed. Please be sure to print out your confirmation page with bar code and bring it to the Registration Area when you arrive at the convention center.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend the 2011 Conference, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization with a letter identifying the person taking your place. Alternatively, your registration can be applied to the 2012 ISC West Conference if this request is made in writing before March. No credits can be applied for cancellations received after this date or “no shows".
